These terms apply to the website at bareaxis.online, published by Decor charm production s.r.o., Vrbenská 199/25, České Budějovice 4, 370 01 České Budějovice, Czech Republic, company registration 01848747, contactable at info@bareaxis.online. Reading the site means accepting them.

What the site is

Bare Axis publishes one free informational course about opening a first free-to-play desktop game account, together with checklists drawn from it. Nothing is sold here, there is nothing to join and no payment is taken.

The course is general information. It is not professional advice of any kind — not legal, financial, consumer, medical or security advice — and it is not tailored to your circumstances, which we know nothing about. It is also not accredited training: there is no registration, no assessment, no qualification and no certificate, and completing a checklist confers no status on anyone.

Accuracy and change

The course is written and reviewed carefully, and the review date appears in the footer of every page. Even so, the subject moves: system requirements, account agreements, prices, classification decisions, purchase mechanics and government guidance all change without notice to us. Before acting on anything here that concerns a particular product, check the vendor's own current pages. Where this site describes a product, it relies on what the vendor states, and it says so when it does not know something.

We may change, add to or remove any part of this site at any time, including these terms. A revision carries a new effective date at the top of this page.

Links to other sites

The course links to Australian government bodies, to a vendor's site and to an affiliate link. None of those sites is under the control of Decor charm production s.r.o., and we are not responsible for their content, availability, terms or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement, and it does not suggest any relationship beyond the affiliate arrangement that is disclosed on the Affiliate Disclosure page.

Trade marks

All brand names on Bare Axis, World of Warships among them, are the property of their owners. Except for the paid affiliate links described on our funding page, none of those owners is affiliated with Bare Axis, and none has endorsed or sponsored it. Brand names are used only to describe the product being discussed.

Your own use of the site

You may read, print and keep the pages and checklists for your own use, including within a household or a school class. The text and layout remain the copyright of Decor charm production s.r.o.; republishing substantial parts of the course elsewhere, with or without attribution, requires our permission, which you are welcome to ask for by email.

Please do not attempt to interfere with the site or the server that delivers it.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that applies under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are a consumer in Australia, those guarantees apply regardless of anything written here, and the ACCC publishes guidance on what they cover.

Subject to that, and to the fullest extent the law permits, Decor charm production s.r.o. is not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this free informational site — including any decision you make about a game, an account, a purchase or a computer. Where liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to resupplying the information, which in practice means making the page available again.

We do not promise that the site will be available without interruption or that it will be free of errors. If you find an error, telling us is the fastest way to have it fixed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic, where Decor charm production s.r.o. is established, and the courts there have jurisdiction. That choice does not displace the consumer protections available to you under the Australian Consumer Law, or any other mandatory protection of the country in which you live, and it does not prevent you from bringing a matter before a consumer body or court in your own jurisdiction where the law allows it.
