Privacy Policy

This policy explains what happens to personal information in connection with the website at bareaxis.online, which is published by Decor charm production s.r.o., Vrbenská 199/25, České Budějovice 4, 370 01 České Budějovice, Czech Republic, company registration 01848747, contactable at info@bareaxis.online. Decor charm production s.r.o. decides what is collected here and why, and is the entity to write to about any of it.
Personal information in connection with this site is handled in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, which the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner publishes at oaic.gov.au/privacy/australian-privacy-principles. Because the site is short and collects almost nothing, this policy is set out principle by principle: thirteen short subsections, several of which honestly say that the principle has no application here.
This policy covers bareaxis.online and nothing else. The affiliate links lead to price-low.eu and from there to the website of World of Warships; those sites, and every other site linked from the course, are run by other organisations under their own privacy policies.
APP 1 — Open and transparent management of personal information
This page is the policy the principle requires, and it is linked from the footer of every page. The practices it describes are deliberately minimal: the site is static HTML, CSS and a short first-party script, with no database, no content management system and no third-party components. Questions go to info@bareaxis.online. The policy is reviewed whenever the site changes in a way that affects it.
APP 2 — Anonymity and pseudonymity
You can read every page without identifying yourself. Nothing asks for a name, and there is no account or sign-in. A pseudonymous email address is acceptable for a general question, a correction or a comment. The single exception is a request for access to or correction of personal information: to act on one of those we need enough detail to be confident which records are yours.
APP 3 — Collection of solicited personal information
Two categories are collected, and nothing else.
(a) Server access logs. Like any website, this one is served by a web server that records requests. Our hosting provider keeps these logs on our behalf. Each entry can contain your IP address, the date and time of the request, the URL requested, the referring page if your browser sends one, and your browser's user-agent string.
(b) Email you send us. If you write to info@bareaxis.online, we receive your email address, any name you choose to give, the content of your message and any attachment you include.
(c) Nothing else at all. There are no forms, no input fields, no newsletter, no accounts, no sign-ups, no progress tracking and no quizzes. The checklists do not record what you tick. There are no cookies, no localStorage, no sessionStorage and no IndexedDB. There are no analytics, no advertising tags, no tracking pixels, no fingerprinting, no profiling and no cross-site tracking. There are no web fonts, no content delivery networks, no embedded videos, no social buttons and no third-party scripts of any kind. Your browser requests nothing from any server other than the one serving bareaxis.online.
APP 4 — Dealing with unsolicited personal information
Sometimes an email contains information we did not ask for and do not need in order to reply — details about other people, account credentials, identity documents, or the contents of an attachment sent by mistake. Where it is lawful and reasonable to do so, that information is deleted. The Contact page asks you not to send credentials or identity documents in the first place.
APP 5 — Notification of the collection of personal information
This page is the notification. It names the entity collecting the information, what is collected, why, how long it is kept, who else sees it, that some of them may hold it outside Australia, and how to complain. No collection happens on this site that is not described above under APP 3.
APP 6 — Use or disclosure of personal information
Each category is used only for the purpose it was collected for. Access logs are used for keeping the site available and secure, preventing abuse and diagnosing faults. Email is used for replying to your message and keeping a record of the correspondence.
Personal information connected with this site is never sold, rented, traded, licensed or shared for anyone's marketing. It is not used to build a profile of you. It is disclosed outside Decor charm production s.r.o. only to the service providers named under APP 8, and to a court, regulator or law enforcement body where the law requires us to disclose it.
APP 7 — Direct marketing
None is sent. There is no mailing list, no newsletter, no promotional email, no course reminder and no "we noticed you did not finish Step 3" message, because there is no mechanism that would know. Writing to us does not subscribe you to anything.
APP 8 — Cross-border disclosure of personal information
Two service providers handle information on our behalf, and no others. Our hosting provider stores the server access logs described under APP 3, and our email service provider stores the mailbox for info@bareaxis.online. Both may store or process that data outside Australia; the publisher is established in the Czech Republic, and the location of these providers' servers may be outside Australia. If you want to know the current providers before writing to us, ask and we will tell you.
APP 9 — Adoption, use or disclosure of government related identifiers
This principle has no application here. No government related identifier — no tax file number, Medicare number, driver licence number or equivalent — is adopted as our own identifier, used or disclosed, because none is ever collected.
APP 10 — Quality of personal information
The only personal information we hold that could be wrong is the content of an email you sent us, and the address it came from. If something in our correspondence record is inaccurate, out of date or incomplete, write to us and it will be corrected. We do not enrich, append to or verify any information against outside sources.
APP 11 — Security of personal information
The site is served over HTTPS. There is no database, no stored form submission and no user content, which removes most of what could be breached. The hosting account and the mailbox are reachable only by people working for Decor charm production s.r.o. who need them, and information no longer needed is deleted. We make no claim to hold any certification or standard beyond what is described here.
APP 12 — Access to personal information
You may ask what personal information we hold about you. Email info@bareaxis.online with Privacy request in the subject line. There is no charge, and we reply within 30 days. For almost every reader the answer is that we hold nothing identifiable, because a log entry cannot be matched to a person without information we do not have. If we refuse a request we will say why in writing and explain how to complain.
APP 13 — Correction of personal information
The same address and the same subject line apply to a correction request, there is no charge, and the same 30-day reply applies. If we decline to make a correction we will say why and note your request against the record.
How long each category is kept
Server access logs are kept for 30 days and then deleted in the ordinary course. Email is kept for 24 months after the last message in the conversation, and then deleted, unless the correspondence is needed in connection with a legal claim, in which case it is kept until that matter is resolved.
Affiliate links and what happens when you follow one
This site carries three paid affiliate links, each labelled where it appears and explained on the Affiliate Disclosure page. When you follow one, you leave bareaxis.online. From that moment, World of Warships and the affiliate network that operates the link may set cookies or use similar technology on their own domains to record that the referral came from us, under their own privacy policies and not under this one.
Decor charm production s.r.o. receives commission reports from the network and uses them only to check that payments are correct. We do not ask for information identifying an individual reader, are not given any, and have no way to connect a report to anybody who read this site.
Complaints
If you think personal information has been mishandled in connection with this site, write to info@bareaxis.online first, setting out the detail of the problem. A complaint is acknowledged and answered within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with the answer, or we do not respond in time, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au/privacy/privacy-complaints, which explains how the OAIC handles privacy complaints and what it can do.
Data breaches
If we have reason to believe personal information connected with this site has been accessed or disclosed without authorisation, or lost, we assess the incident promptly. Where the breach is likely to result in serious harm, the people affected and the OAIC are notified in line with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme. With no database here, the realistic scenario is a compromise of the mailbox.
Children
This site is not directed at people under 16; the course is written for an adult making a decision, sometimes on behalf of a younger person. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and with no forms, accounts or cookies there is nothing here designed to identify any reader of any age.
If you are in the EU, the EEA or the United Kingdom
Decor charm production s.r.o. is established in the Czech Republic, so European data protection law applies to its handling of personal data alongside the Australian framework described above.
The legal bases are these. Server access logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interests in keeping the site available, secure and free of abuse. Email is processed in order to respond to your enquiry, which is our legitimate interest in answering correspondence and, where your message concerns a request to us, is also processing necessary to take steps at your request. No processing relies on consent, because there are no cookies, no tracking and no marketing to consent to.
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection in respect of personal data we hold, exercisable at info@bareaxis.online. You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority for the Czech Republic, the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), uoou.gov.cz, or with the authority in your own country of residence.
Changes to this policy
When this policy is revised, the effective date at the top is updated. If a change materially affects how personal information is handled, a short note saying so is shown at the top of this page for 30 days from the revision. Older practices are not applied retrospectively to information already deleted.
