Contact

There is no contact form on this site, and there never will be one — a form would mean collecting and storing what you type. Email is the whole of it.

What you can write about

• A correction. If a step says something inaccurate, or links to a page that has moved or changed, tell us which step and which sentence. Corrections are the most useful mail this site receives.
• A gap. If a step assumes knowledge it should have defined, say so. The course is written for people who have not done this before, and the places where it slips are easiest to see from the outside.
• A privacy request. Put Privacy request in the subject line. What we hold and how access and correction work is set out in the Privacy Policy, and there is no charge for asking.
• A question about the funding. How the affiliate arrangement works is explained on the Affiliate Disclosure page; if something there is unclear, ask.

What this address cannot do

It is not technical support for any game, and the publisher of this site cannot see, reach or alter anybody's game account. If a client will not install, an account is locked, a purchase has not arrived or a suspension needs disputing, the vendor's own support channel is the only place that can act — Step 5 explains how to find it before you need it.

It is also not legal, financial or medical advice, and it is not a place to send account credentials. Please do not email a password, a recovery code, a card number or a copy of an identity document; if a message arrives containing something like that, it is deleted.

Replies, and how long we keep your message

Messages are read by people working for Decor charm production s.r.o. and answered as time allows. A privacy request or a complaint receives a reply within 30 days. Ordinary correspondence is usually faster, but no response time is promised for it.

Your message and the address it came from are kept for 24 months after the last message in the conversation, unless the message is needed for a legal claim, and are used for nothing except replying to you. They are never added to a mailing list, because there is no mailing list. The detail is in the Privacy Policy.

If you prefer not to be identified

Reading this site requires no identification at all. You may write from a pseudonymous email address and still get an answer to a general question. The one exception is a request for access to, or correction of, personal information: to act on that we have to be able to tell which records are yours, which is explained under the access and correction section of the Privacy Policy.

Post

Letters reach the publisher at Vrbenská 199/25, České Budějovice 4, 370 01 České Budějovice, Czech Republic. Email is considerably faster, and a posted letter asking for a reply should include an email address or a return address.
